🚐 Condition & Maintenance
Bought new from Blue Compass in Fall 2023. Stored covered and renovated until February 2024. Lived in full-time from February to March 2024. In covered storage since.
~20,000 miles driven – no flats, blowouts, or road issues (always maintained tires & drove under 65mph).
Never taken off-road – all boondocking was on paved BLM or National Forest sites.
No issues with heating, A/C, or appliances – regularly cleaned and maintained.
Routine maintenance:
A/C filters cleaned & replaced regularly
Black tanks emptied & flushed regularly
Fresh water tank cleaned regularly
Acuva water filters cleaned & replaced
🔍 Minor Known Issues
The RV is in great condition, but here’s what we’re aware of:
HappiJac bed lift squeaks – needs a $10.95 bearing replacement (works fine otherwise).
Small dent in back right corner – cosmetic, from a truck stop exit (not structural).
Missing inside pantry doorknob – exterior knob works fine; interior knob unnecessary.
Slight floor give in TV-to-garage bedroom area – due to new flooring placed over the from the original vinyl to garage coin flooring transition
Back fan doesn’t start on low – works fine on high; hasn’t been an issue for us. The cooling part of the A/C works fine too. It’s just the low fan.
Black tank sensors aren’t accurate (common RV issue). Best practice: dump & rinse every 3-5 days.
Minor wear and tear — since this is a used RV (ex: there are a couple of scratches on the floor by the front door where we pulled out a stool too fast).
