📍 Location

• Austin, TX (in storage). You must come to the storage facility to view, inspect, and pick up the RV after purchase.

• We work full-time and cannot drive the RV around for showings.

🔎 Showings

• Showings take place at our gated, staffed, and patrolled storage facility with security cameras.

• If you purchase the RV, we’ll provide a full “how-to” walkthrough (solar mode, utilities, leveling, hitching, etc.). Feel free to film for future reference.

🛠️ Inspection

• A third-party inspection is welcome at the storage facility after your showing.

• Water Test: We’ll fill the tanks with 10-15 gallons of fresh water.

• Electricity Test:

  • Shore Power: The facility has trickle charge power (can’t run all 3 A/Cs at once).

  • Batteries: We’ll demonstrate solar + battery operation, with written instructions provided.

• We must be present for the inspection to move and hook up the RV.

💰 Payment

• Clean title, no lienholder.

• Preferred: Secure transaction via escrow.com (wire transfer for buyer/seller protection, we will pay the service fee).

• Alternative: Local buyers paying with a cashier’s check—we can accompany you to the bank.
